We stand behind our quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your handcrafted goods, please contact us so that we may have the further opportunity to serve you.

Unopened Skincare products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please send us an email if you are having an issue with any product that you have already used. We always want everyone to be happy with their skincare, but refunds are not always possible as we are a small business.
