Shipping policy

Some orders may take up a week or so for production, processing and fulfillment. This is because our lovely goods are handcrafted by us in Brooklyn, NY, and when we run out, we have to make more! <We work as fast as we can, but if you have to wait, it's worth it!> 

Please contact us if you have any special timing needs or concerns and we will try to work within your time frame. 

If you have shipped your package to an incorrect address, you are responsible for tracking it down, or replacing it with a new order. You are responsible for shipping your order to a secure location. We cannot be responsible for confirmed deliveries that have been taken by a third party AKA porch pirate.
