Ingredients: Organic Spearmint, Rosehips, Hibiscus, & Olive Leaf

Supports adrenal glands and sympathetic nervous system to promote metabolic harmony.

{Use} 1 tbsp per cup water.
Pour boiled hot water over herbs.
Steep exactly 10 minutes.
Press herbs and transfer tea to a vessel.
Serve hot or cold.
Store in refrigerator up to 3 days.

INDICATIONS FOR TRANSITIONAL USE AS A TEA:
• Stress Bumps from cheeks to sides of face (Think: Where Wolverine grows a beard) as well as chest and back

FREQUENCY FOR TRANSITIONAL USE AS A TEA: 1 cup per day, 3 days on, 4 days off each week for 3-6 weeks. Decrease number of days on if your mood energy seems lower than usual.

INDICATIONS FOR FUNCTIONAL USE (MAINTENANCE) AS A TEA:
• Feeling a little bit of “aggressive” stress (emotional, athletic, even if you don’t have a “reason”)
• Desire to “get even” or “explode” when feeling wronged
• Useful when you experience high stress—either from daily life or on purpose (like an intense workout) and want to give a message to your adrenal glands to chill out a bit.
• Stress Bumps appearing on sides of face, chest, or back.

FREQUENCY FOR ACUTE USE AS A TEA: Enjoy 1 cup as needed, no more than 4 times a week. If you find yourself needing more than 4 times a week, go back to transitional use.

FREQUENCY FOR TOPICAL USE: This tea is not appropriate for topical use.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use if you are on a testosterone blocker such as Spironolactone. Not intended for use during pregnancy. Use with caution during breast feeding as too much mint has been known to reduce milk supply.
