This smudge stick is 100% natural aromatic botanicals, gathered in an ecologically sound and respectful manner. The plants are not harmed and nothing is wasted.

Ignite your smudge stick over a ceramic bowl containing sand. Gently blow upon the embers to produce smoke and aroma. Smoke may be used to purify the body, home, any internal environment or healing rooms. After smudging, extinguish the stick in the sand or salt and store for another time.
