Pure distilled water, magnesium chloride (from an ancient sea bed 1600-2000 meters deep in the earth), over 72 trace minerals in varying amounts from the Great Salt Lake. For those in need of the healing power of minerals in a concentrated form.

Apply 10 to 15 mists of Instant Alchemy Mineral Mist over large areas of the body where you want minerals to be absorbed. Avoid irritated areas if the tingling is uncomfortable or spray directly on affected areas if the tingling feels good. You will receive benefits regardless. Avoid contact with eyes or sensitive areas. Allow to absorb.
