Reiki Healing Energy

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese energy practice that moves Ki (also known as Qi or Chi) energy through the body, providing release of tension, stress and pain. It is a gentle healing art rooted in love, compassion, and recognition of our true nature as beings of light. Reiki can include light touch but is equally effective with hands hovering above the receivers body. Reiki energetic channeling combined with sound vibration, amplified by crystals, acts as outstanding conduit for relaxation, physical healing, emotional clearing and spiritual connection. When it comes to energy, most of us can’t see it, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t working. As practitioners, we invite healing to flow through us in any way that is appropriate for you for where you are. You may find that as we hold a coherent space for you, heavy energy can begin to dissipate and light shine on shadow. 

Reflexology is included:

In person clients receive facial reflexology using our custom-made stainless steel wands. This modality borrows from the Traditional Chinese Medicine approach to healing through nervous system alignment. We have developed our own alignment techniques over years of practice in our treatment rooms to open a pathway into another zone of being, one that is wide open in awareness and ease. You may find that you travel in time and space, without the burden of thought or judgement.

Therapeutic Sound is included:

Sound brings our being into co-resonance with the vibration of the universe, that which connects us to each other and all that is. Through aligning with the fundamental, inherent quality of the sound, and coupling that with clear intent and coherence of emotion, heightened states of awareness can be reached, and intentions made manifest. We always incorporate sound into all of our offerings in light of its power to move us into a place of harmony and peace.

Crystal work is included:

Our Reiki Healing Energy offering includes the energetic power of crystals. When we work with stones, the energy and vibration of the stone helps adjust our own energy. If you are feeling out of balance, a particular note, or set of notes, will help your own personal song retune and be in greater harmony. The most important element of harmonization is your ability to pay attention and be present in the moment of connection. We will offer a selection of crystals to accompany you on your journey, selecting them with your intuition and receiving the wisdom that they have to offer.

 Can I do a Virtual Session?

In our experience, virtual energy work is very effective and can yield highly transformational results. We encourage you to book a virtual session with us from any location. Distance means nothing to energy and as long as we have a solid internet connection to you, the Reiki will have as powerful an impact as in person work.

In-Person Location:

All our in-person Reiki Healing Energy sessions are offered by our Reiki Level 3 practitioners, including Molly & Emma, at our Windsor Terrace Workshop location.
