In addition, after a long winter, the body craves a reset. The Spring Refresh Facial is exactly the thing for clearing out congestion while maintaining the structural integrity of the barrier, resetting the microbiome, and moving through the cycle of the year with a fresh face.

The Spring Refresh Facial (Level I) includes

Why Integrity Biome Mask?
Swift shifts in humidity levels can lead to breakouts and irritations if the barrier is not well supported. The Integrity Biome Mask uses herbs and dark green algae to support both the structural integrity of the terrain as well as the microbial balance. If you are finding that your skin’s texture and vibrancy get disrupted with the seasons (any season really) you may want to add a weekly Integrity Biome Mask to your regimen. Use it by itself (1 tsp dry powder + 1 tsp hot water) or with your weekly clay mask (1 tsp clay + 1 tsp Integrity Biome Mask + 1 Tbsp hot water).

What if I want a seasonal facial that doesn’t involve extractions?
No problem! There are plenty of facial offerings (usually designated as Integrative Therapies) that are not deep-pore cleanse-centric. And…if you really just need the energetic reset, go for a body-mind alignment. It’s sooooo good.

Note: Remember that our Spring Refresh Facial is intended to be a deep pore cleanse. While our extractions tend to be gentle (especially if you are on our Supportive Skincare Regimen) you may want to avoid scheduling within a week of an event if you have a lot to come out. In addition, we highly recommend that you avoid the use of alpha hydroxy acid, salicylic acid, hyaluronic acid, and retinol for at least 3 days before the facial. Oil cleansing the night before IS helpful if you have a lot of blackheads or milia that you want removed.
